Role 1: ServiceNow Senior Developer (HRSD, ITSM, Discovery, W2P, WSD, S2P)

Role 2: ServiceNow Senior Architect (HRSD, ITSM, Discovery, W2P, WSD, S2P)

Location: Raritan, NJ (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Duration: 6 Months+

We are looking for the following key skills ServiceNow Developer:

Experience in HRSD (ServiceNow HR Service Delivery)

Key Skills: ServiceNow Discovery (a module within the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) platform), W2P (Work-to-Pay), WSD (Workplace Service Delivery), S2P (Source-to-Pay)

Job Description-

Experience:
• Typically requires 5-8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with a focus on ITSM, HRSD, and/or ITOM modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules HRSD , WSD ( Workplace Service Delivery ) , Source to Pay modules
• Experience with scripting, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow customization features.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience with ITIL principles and best practices.

Technical Implementation: Develop, implement, and test technical solutions within ServiceNow, including integrations with third-party systems.

Scripting and Configuration: Configure ServiceNow using scripting (UI Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting, Angular JS).

Process Optimization: Understand and apply ITIL principles, focusing on process standardization and improvement within ServiceNow.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Resolve escalated issues, defects, and user inquiries within ServiceNow.

Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for application design and code generation.

Integration and Testing: Perform component and system integration testing.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new technologies and best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Collaboration: Work effectively with various teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members.
