Our purpose is to look horizontally across the enterprise tech landscape to understand and rationalize an app portfolio of 6,000 applications in ServiceNOW APM and LeanIX.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Discover, document, and consolidate existing enterprise-scale business process artifacts (e.g., content lifecycle, P2P).
Map processes to organizational units, technologies, and regions in LeanIX to support restructuring decisions.
Maintain and steward process artifacts through the restructuring period, ensuring continuity until hand-off to a new BPM practice in 2026.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate process-technology-organization views.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
• Experience with Process Model Management
• 5+ years of experience; Curate a portfolio of process models performing discovery, collation, and promotion activities.
• Experience with Cross-Domain Mapping
• 5+ years of experience; Mapping processes to business and technical contexts such as business capabilities and applications.
• Experience with Stakeholder Facilitation
• 5+ years of experience; Ability to work with both senior business leaders and technical stakeholders. Focus on alignment, listening, and understanding needs.
Nice To Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
• Experience working with a modern business outcome driven enterprise architecture team.
Soft Skills:
• Experience with Process Modelling
• Experience with Cross-Domain Mapping
• Experience with Stakeholder Facilitation
Technology Requirements:
• Expertise with operating an enterprise scale BPM tool. (Signavio, etc.)
• ServiceNOW APM/SPM/CMDB experience or exposure.
• SAP LeanIX experience or exposure.
• Colibra or Apptio exposure.
