About The Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and implementation, with proven experience in designing scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on CSDM.
Define and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceNow platform development.
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Design and implement CMDB and CSDM frameworks to improve data quality, service mapping, and alignment with ITIL processes.
Conduct platform assessments, technical reviews, and gap analysis to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators on ServiceNow architecture and integration patterns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new ServiceNow features and modules.
Required Skills & Experience
9+ years of total IT experience with 6+ years in ServiceNow development and architecture.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSDM framework and CMDB data modeling.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and integrations.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Glide, JavaScript, APIs).
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Experience in solution design, workflow automation, and process re-engineering.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Portfolio Management (APM) Specialist is a plus.
