• Lead the implementation and integration of the ServiceNow BCM module with other ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and third-party systems.

• Lead the implementation and integration of the ServiceNow BCM module with other ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and third-party systems.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow BCM for enterprise needs, including custom forms, business rules, UI policies, and integration points.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, feature enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Develop and implement business impact analysis (BIA) tools and automated RTO/RPO calculations.
• Build service dependency maps and single point of failure identification procedures.
• Design standardized business continuity plan templates and workflows (maintenance, version control, approvals).
• Conduct comprehensive BCM training programs, create user guides, and facilitate user workshops for administrators and platform users.
• Monitor system performance, manage feedback collection, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate risk management procedures and liaise closely with Information Security.
