Role : ServiceNow/Senior Platform Architect
Location : Remote
Full time and Contract open for both
Job Description:-
• De-customize ServiceNow catalog items to ensure alignment with Out Of The Box (OOTB) standards.
• Utilize Catalog Builder to create and manage service catalog items.
• Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain decision tables to support automated decision-making processes.
• Work with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP web services, and APIs.
• Provide architectural solutions and design for various ServiceNow projects.
• Perform data migration and transformation within ServiceNow.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of catalog items and workflows.
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members as needed.
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and design principles.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and API integrations.
• Knowledge of data migration and transformation processes within ServiceNow.
Certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred.
