Role Description

This is a full-time ServiceNOW CSM role located in Bangalore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing and supporting ServiceNOW Customer Service Management (CSM) applications, configuring features, and providing day-to-day technical support. The ServiceNOW CSM will work closely with clients to understand requirements, develop configurations, handle issue resolution, and ensure optimal use of ServiceNOW capabilities.

Qualifications
• Experience with ServiceNOW CSM, including configuration and customization skills
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools
• Technical skills in scripting, integrations, and API utilization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and client management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment with flexible work arrangements
• Relevant certifications in ServiceNOW or ITSM
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
