Job Title: Business Systems Analyst III – ServiceNow Integration
Location: 160 Front Street West, Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week, typically Wed–Fri)

Overview:
Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Technical BSA with strong ServiceNow integration experience to join their Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practice. This role focuses on supporting a key ServiceNow Security Integration project within a collaborative Agile team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Drive ServiceNow integration initiatives and liaise between business and technical stakeholders
• Create and maintain artifacts such as test plans, user stories, and system flow documentation
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and project managers throughout the SDLC
• Support Confluence/JIRA documentation and Agile ceremonies
• Ensure adherence to ITIL/ITSM standards and enterprise delivery practices
Must-Have Skills:
• 5+ years as a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst
• 2+ years leading ServiceNow integration projects
• Experience in Agile delivery and tools (JIRA/Confluence – 3+ years)
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – or willing to complete within 1 month
Nice-to-Have:
• SAFE PO/PM 6.0 certification
• ITIL certification
• Experience mentoring junior BAs and contributing to best practices
