• 5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience or 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Coding experience – JavaScript and Python
• Experience in Human Resources a plus, but not required
• Experience with requirements definition, documentation, and refinement
• Experience with end-to-end test planning and execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Strong written and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in a fast paced, agile environment
• HR Platform experience would be a nice to have
