Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Highly Preferred)
Employment Type: W-2 Only (No Sponsorship Available)
Rate: $49/hr + Benefits
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven experience writing clear, concise user stories
• At least 2 years working in Agile environments
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and software development methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerApps)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and IT alerting tools like xMatters
• Experience with APM and logging tools such as Dynatrace, SiteScope, and Splunk
Role Overview:
The Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst serves as a vital link between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into detailed technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable user stories
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deliver effective solutions
• Conduct process evaluations and suggest enhancements
• Create and execute test cases to validate development work
• Assist in implementing event management practices within ServiceNow
• Support the integration of developed solutions into daily operations
• Provide user training and ongoing support
