Business Analyst – ServiceNow

Our client is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup transforming the insurance industry through smart tech, automation, and exceptional customer experience. As they scale, they’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to help design and optimize core workflows across teams like claims, underwriting, and customer service.

What You’ll Do:
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Lead discovery sessions and collaborate with developers on workflow design
• Configure and support ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, SPM)
• Conduct gap analyses and support system upgrades
• Create test plans, user stories, and support UAT/go-live
• Recommend continuous improvements based on KPIs and service metrics

What You Bring:
• 5–7 years as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow experience
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and process automation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Agile/Scrum experience; ServiceNow certs a plus
• Insurance, fintech, or consulting experience is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
