Required Skills And Experience
• Must work W 2 with us and the ability to work with is directly
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• Three (3) to Five (5) Plus years of ServiceNow experience
• Experience in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow’s architecture, data model, and core concepts.
• Within the any ServiceNow element: platform, product suites, products, and modules
• Good understanding of ACLs
• Fosters a customer-focused environment.
• Communicates effectively to a wide variety of audiences at all organizational levels.
• Eliminates obstacles, gets results, have a clear, positive, and direct impact on business performance.
• Good problem solver and out of the box thinker
• Experience performing ServiceNow analysis, architecture, and application development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
• Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
• REST APIs.
