Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead and drive strategic initiatives across our ServiceNow landscape. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ITSM, FSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow development, and capable of designing and implementing solutions that enhance platform capabilities. This role will have a strong focus on portal experience, platform architecture, and AI-driven enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, FSM, and CMDB modules
• Architect and oversee the Experience Portal implementation project to enhance end-user engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design scalable, secure ServiceNow applications
• Enable and drive AI adoption and explore new platform capabilities to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on support to development and operations teams
• Ensure alignment of ServiceNow strategy with broader enterprise architecture
• Monitor performance, perform platform tuning, and maintain platform health
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers to design custom applications and integrations
• Establish and enforce best practices for coding, performance, and security within the ServiceNow environment
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Service Management and Operations Management
• Proven background as a ServiceNow Developer with in-depth understanding of platform architecture
• Experience designing and implementing ITSM, FSM, and CMDB modules
• Demonstrated success in leading Experience Portal projects in ServiceNow
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations and capability-building within ServiceNow
• Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integrations (REST/SOAP), and custom app development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified ServiceNow Architect or Implementation Specialist
• Experience in large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects
• Exposure to agile delivery models and DevOps practices
