Responsibilities

ServiceNow Software Development and Application Design.

ServiceNow Platform upgrades and performing tuning.

ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM events and CMDB hands-on experience is a must.

Core Accountabilities Includes

Minimum ServiceNow relevant experience should be above 6 years.
• ServiceNow Application development on ITSM workflows, flow designer, Business rules, UI policies, flow standardization etc.
• ServiceNow integrations using REST API, connectors, custom integration
• ServiceNow CMDB discovery (clound and on-premise), flows to manage CI/Asset lifecycle
• ServiceNow events workflows and integrating event sources with ServiceNow
• ServiceNow upgrade, patching and cloning knowledge
• ServiceNow ATF for automation
• ServiceNow skip records, troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Grooming new team member or engineers on the team
• constant knowledge sharing and cross-skilling

Qualifications

Bachelor or Masters degree
