Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement and ServiceNow platforms.
• Proven expertise in functional configuration, user training, and issue resolution across enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience administering DocuSign for procurement workflows, including template management, routing, and compliance tracking.
• Experience with procurement processes, vendor management, and financial operations is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, or platform scripting (ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel

Roles & Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Support:
• Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Procurement Module,
• Troubleshoot system issues, assist with triaging vendor data problems, and resolve workflow or approval bottlenecks.
• Translate business needs into functional configurations and enhancements within Oracle Fusion.
• Assist in testing and validation of patches, quarterly updates, and enhancements impacting procurement processes.

ServiceNow
• Support configuration and optimization of ServiceNow workflows for procurement-related tickets and service request management.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators to streamline ITSM/Procurement handoff processes and improve automation between systems.
• Provide input on service catalog design, SLAs, and end-user experience improvements to support Procurement

Cross-System Functions
• Develop and maintain training materials and user documentation for both Oracle Fusion Procurement and ServiceNow modules.
• Deliver hands-on training and workshops to procurement team,
• Monitor data quality and perform system testing prior to production deployments.
• Create and maintain operational reports using built-in analytics tools or integrated reporting platforms.
• Provide data analytics reporting support for Procurement to include knowledge of Oracle OTBI and SAS VIYA

User Support And Continuous Improvement
• Provide user support for Oracle Fusion Procurement Module for SSP and Requestors as well ServiceNow issues, escalating as needed.
• Gather user feedback, identify pain points, and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed to ensure technology solutions meet business needs and compliance standards.

Salary Range: $63,400-$120,000 a year
