We are looking for a ServiceNow administrator to join our team. This person will manage and maintain our client’s organization’s ServiceNow platform. They may also develop and customize applications, and provide support to users. Responsibilities
• Platform administration: Configure, maintain, and upgrade the platform
• User administration: Manage user access, roles, and permissions
• Application administration: Install and configure new apps and plugins
• Workflow management: Administer workflows and implement new systems or add-ons
• Problem resolution: Help resolve problems and troubleshoot issues
• System testing: Test systems for efficiency
• Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver solutions
Other duties
• Developing solutions for new ideas and problems
• Supporting technical development
• Programming and scripting
• Creating, maintaining, and enhancing ServiceNow modules
• Managing ServiceNow instance security
• Creating custom apps
• Limiting access to custom apps
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
