Required Qualifications:
Experience:
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, with advanced expertise across ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM modules.
• Extensive background in architecting and designing ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, custom applications, and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, enforce process governance, and successfully deliver enterprise-level projects.
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide within the ServiceNow ecosystem, as well as web technologies including HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, and Bootstrap used in Service Portal development.
• Deep knowledge of core ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, and Incident/Problem/Change Management.
• Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Spokes.
• Familiarity with Perl and Python programming in a Linux environment is a plus.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
