ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

London (Hybrid – 1 to 2 days per month on-site)

£70,000 – £110,000 + benefits

Modernising how government works and how people experience it. One workflow at a time.

I’m hiring for a digital transformation consultancy that’s delivering a major ServiceNow programme for the UK government.

This isn’t just platform support. It’s a full-scale modernisation of how internal and public-facing services are built and delivered.

You’ll join a skilled team of engineers, consultants, and architects, working in agile squads to modernise workflows, streamline service delivery, and improve how core platforms are used across HR, ITSM, CSM, and Field Services.

What you’ll be doing:
• Driving stakeholder collaboration and lead on delivery planning to ensure successful outcomes across teams.
• Collaborating with architects, BAs, and delivery leads to bring ideas from discovery to go-live
• Designing and building workflows across HRSD, ITSM, and CSM
• Creating intuitive, role-based experiences with UI Builder and Next Experience UI
• Supporting end-to-end automation and integration with tools like Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Helping shape what “good” looks like in secure, SC-cleared environments

✅ What you’ll bring:
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments
• Solid hands-on capability with JavaScript, Glide, ServiceNow scripting/config, and API integration
• Understanding of platform design, user experience, and multi-workstream delivery
• A mindset focused on user outcomes, reusability, and clean architecture
• Bonus points for: Now Assist, Virtual Agent

The practical stuff:
• Hybrid: 1-2 days/month on-site in central London (travel expensed)
• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Paid training days + ServiceNow certification’s support
• Flexible benefits + private healthcare
• 25 days holiday (plus buy/sell options)
