Job Description:
Strong background in Design and develop custom applications
and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low-code (e.g., Flow
Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS)
approaches.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather
requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM,
ITOM, HRSD, and others, to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules,
client scripts, and other platform components.
Design and implement integrations with third-party systems
using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, MID Server, and other integration tools.
Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow’s Flow
Designer and other automation capabilities.
