Must Have:
• Current Health insurance Customer Exp
• ServiceNow Developer and Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITSM, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Responsibilities:

– Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solution, including integrations, and workflow automation.
– Participate in the design and review of technical solutions and architecture.
– Develop user-centric workflows and intuitive interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.
– Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Collaborate with other developers and architects to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and with the highest quality.
– Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
– Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks.
– Assist in troubleshooting, resolving production issues, and ensuring platform stability.
– Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing solutions
– Stay current on ServiceNow’s best practices, trends, and new functionality.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SNOW modules and capabilities, other systems and processes.
– Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
– Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
– Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Required Skills:

– ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
– A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
– 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and Architect.
– Must have ServiceNow ITSM experience
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Experience with Agile development methodologies.
– Accomplished with integrating ServiceNow and other systems using APIs or other integration methods.
– Adept with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
– Experience with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
