• Configure and manage HR case types, templates, and lifecycle events.
• Maintain HR profiles, security roles, and user access.
• Manage HR knowledge bases and articles.
• Support system configuration and general HR operational support..
• Handle employee inquiries via cases in the HRSD system.
• Resolve or escalate HR cases based on predefined workflows.
• Communicate with employees through ServiceNow.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HR policies.
• Oversee the HR case management process and team performance.
• Monitor KPIs such as case resolution time, employee satisfaction, etc.
• Define service level agreements (SLAs) for different HR services.
• Continuously improve HR processes using ServiceNow analytics and reports.
• Customize and develop workflows, UI policies, and business rules for HRSD.
• Integrate HRSD with external systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Automate HR lifecycle events like onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
• Support HRSD module upgrades and enhancements.
