Role : ServiceNow Architect
Exp : 10-15 Years
Location : Noida/Bengaluru/Pune
WFO Responsibilities
• Lead the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop architectural blueprints and technical standards.
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems (via REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• Conduct design reviews and performance tuning.
• Excellent experience in AIOps and Predective Intelligence.
• Good experience and understanding of AI Search implementation over contextual Search for Virtual :
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM (CSDM), SPM and WSD etc.
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and App Engine.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (mandatory).
• Additional certifications : CIS (ITSM, HRSD, CSM), CAD, CTA (preferred).
• Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
