• Looking for a guy who is a strategic thinker, great communicator and also a solid SME/hands on technologist in the ServiceNow space
• He has to implementation and build a better user experience than is being recommended
• Has to cordinate with business team and start cranking out B2B workflows to automate in time
• He has to accelerate the implementation in time for retiring SNOW that SAM Pro will replace
• Has to audit the current implementation of ServiceNow and recommend quick wins that can make meaningful improvements to the value delivered by ServiceNow platform that
• Has to do strategic initiatives to drive future roadmap
Qualifications
• * Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Software Development and Integration
• Project Management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with ServiceNow is required; certifications are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
