Job Description –

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to lead large-scale ServiceNow-related projects for enterprise clients. This role combines client relationship management, project delivery oversight, and Agile leadership. The ideal candidate will also contribute to proposal development and client presentations, playing a key role in business growth and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
• Understand client goals and align ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
• Drive account growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Project & Delivery Oversight:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and QA.
• Track project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Remove blockers and foster a high-performing Agile team culture.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Proposal & Presentation Support:
• Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to develop compelling proposals and RFP responses.
• Create and deliver impactful client presentations and demos.
• Translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
• Support business development efforts with strategic insights and storytelling.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT project/account management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM).
• Experience in proposal writing and client-facing presentations.
• Background in consulting or managed services.
• Familiarity with SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
