Desirable Skills:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration of HRSD module.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, Jelly, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Experience in integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
• ServiceNow certifications in HRSD will be added advantage.
