Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for defining and steering the strategic architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions that align with the organization’s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design comprehensive ServiceNow architecture and integration strategies
• Establish and uphold platform governance, standards, and best practices
• Lead technical design discussions and validate architecture decisions
• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to match capabilities with needs
• Assess and recommend adoption of new ServiceNow features and modules
• Mentor development teams and offer technical leadership
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and regulatory requirements
What You Bring:
• In-depth expertise with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, EA, and HRSD
• Solid understanding of security protocols and integration patterns
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proven leadership in technical teams and architecture governance
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
• 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow
• Background in enterprise-scale architecture and implementations
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration tools
• ServiceNow CTA or CMA certification (preferred)
• ITIL Foundation certification
• TOGAF or similar architecture certification (preferred)
