Job Title: ServiceNow IT Business Management
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Bengaluru, India
Education: 15 years of full-time education required
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Designer with a strong background in ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM). You will play a key role in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and aligning application features with business needs. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with stakeholders, translating business goals into functional specifications, and maintaining a user-centric approach throughout the design lifecycle. You will contribute to solutioning, mentor junior team members, and foster an innovative, collaborative team culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow ITBM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and validate business requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, enhancing their technical and functional knowledge.
• Drive team decisions and provide direction on technical challenges.
• Engage in solution design discussions and contribute to strategic decisions across teams.
• Conduct design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and support agile practices.
• Ensure user-centric design principles are embedded into every solution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must-Have:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data models.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional specifications.
• Proficient in UI/UX principles, wireframing tools, and usability best practices.
• Expertise in designing scalable and maintainable application solutions.
• Good-to-Have:
• Exposure to ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ServiceNow certifications in ITBM or related modules.
