Job description
Project Role: ServiceNow CRM Software Test Engineer
Work Experience: 5 to 10 years in ServiceNow CRM (Order Management for Telecom & Field Service Mgt ) based BSS/OSS testing.
Work location: Pune/Hybrid.
Joining Timelines: Immediate to 30 days.
Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Engineering.
Note the experience with the ServiceNow CRM (OMT & FSM)platform is mandatory applications without this experience will not be considered.
Must Have Skills:
• Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of Testing experience in ServiceNow CRM/BSS/OSS.
• Experience in the Telecom Domain is a must.
• Hands-on-Experience Web UI, API & Mobile App Testing.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities like ServiceNow OMT – Order Management for Telecom &
ServiceNow FSM – Field Service Management.
• Experience in Playwright with Java scripting automation.
• Test Mgt tool – TestRail experience.
• Candidate must have worked on multiple systems/APIs, understanding the technicality and mapping between multiple systems- Integration testing
• Exposure to working in the Agile Delivery Model.
• ServiceNow or ISTQB Testing Certification.
Job Requirements :
• ServiceNow Testing (Manual & Automation).
• Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of Testing experience in ServiceNow CRM – ServiceNow OMT – Order Management for Telecom & ServiceNow FSM – Field Service Management
• Experience in TestRail Test Management tool.
• Experience in Jira Tool – Defect Management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities (OMT, FSM, GIS, TNI, TSM, TSOM & CMDB).
Soft Skills:
• Hands on analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Curiosity and eagerness to work in a collaborative and open team culture.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present results in a concise manner to technical & non-technical stakeholders.
Education
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers
PG: M.Tech in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, MBA/PGDM in Information Technology, MCA in Computers
